What data I process

When you send the contact form I process your name, e-mail address, type of job, message text and the time of sending. To protect the form from abuse the server briefly remembers (in memory, at most one hour) the number of submissions from an IP address.

Purpose and legal basis

I use the data only to answer your enquiry and any subsequent order. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long I keep it

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any order, at most 24 months from the last communication, unless the law requires me to keep it longer.

Who receives it

I do not pass the data to third parties for marketing. Technically it is processed by the hosting and e-mail provider that runs the site for me.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Your browser only stores your choice of appearance (light/dark theme), locally on your device.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by e-mail. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
